RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A customer IS entitled to a refund or exchange if your wig does not match the description on our social media or construction faults. 

 

  • Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your wig & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your wig.
  • Hair must be in its original condition: unworn, uncoloured, lace unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Always inspect your wig carefully before installation or cutting the lace. Altered or damaged units are not eligible.

 

To initiate a refund or exchange:

  • Send a WhatsApp message to +27 64 840 6836 with photos or videos and your reason.
  • Return the wig via a trackable courier; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

  • Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Confirmed defective units will be exchanged at no cost, provided the hair and lace have not been altered or damaged.

 

A customer IS NOT entitled to a refund or exchange on:

 

• Sale or discounted items.

• Correctly supplied units where the item received matches the product description.

• Change of mind, dissatisfaction with colour, texture, length, style, or preference for a   different unit.

• Failure or inability to pay the remaining balance on a lay-by.

• Incorrect order details provided by the customer.

• Refusal to accept delivery once the order has been dispatched.
