We are an online based store. All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd, ensuring your hair arrives safely and professionally. We do not offer hand deliveries or in-person collections.

 

Processing Time

 

• Orders are processed once full payment is received and reflected in our account. 
• Please allow 5–9 working days for processing and delivery to accommodate preparation and supplier logistics.
• Urgent or same-day orders cannot be accommodated.
• In rare cases of supplier or logistical delays, we will notify you promptly.

 

Shipping Information

 

• Tracking details will be provided to customer once the package leaves our facility.
• Once the order is handed to the courier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to track and follow up directly.
• thewigstop. is not liable for delays due to incorrect shipping or billing information.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

 

• Lay-by option is applicable for units above R2500
• Send a WhatsApp message to +27 64 840 6836 to place your lay-by order
• Secure your unit with a 50% deposit and pay the balance within 60 days.

 

This option allows you to plan your purchase while we reserve your unit exclusively for you.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
  
• Should a customer choose to cancel their order, any amount paid above the required deposit will be refunded.
• Item is released once fully paid.
